Wow, I was impressed with this frame. The turn around time was super fast and the quality exceeded my expectations. It does not look cheap at all. Thankfully, the frame was well packed with plenty of protection because UPS dropped it in transit. I was expecting something to be damaged when I opened it. Because of the proper packaging on Personalization Mall's part, my item was in perfect condition! Very pleased with my purchase!
