My first frame arrived and the inscription, not the personalization, was offf center and difficult to read. I contacted customer service through the website and they were extremely efficient in issuing a new frame. They had the best customer service I have received online.

Great Customer Service The frame was scratched upon arrival. I notified customer service, and received a response within an hour or two, and resolution the next day. The print is beautiful, and will make a great wedding gift! I have ordered several items in the past. And, have always been very happy with the products and service I've received, and will continue ordering in the future.
