As pictured The frame looks great and heavy. I bought the optional gift box but I think it was a gimmick. The frame already comes with its own box that looks and fits better than the box I purchased. It was unnecessary to get the additional gift box.

Great Quality, Great Gift! By Shopper (Spring Valley, NY) - November 1, 2013 Got this for my parent's 20th anniversary. It is a good quality product. My only complaint is that the text is a bit hard to read (unless against a dark background). It's very pretty though, I would order it again.

Print to lite I really was satisfied with the picture frame I oredered , only thing I would say is that I wish the print would have been a darker color so it would show up better ,but I would definitely reorder from you and recommend you....THANK YOU!..

Scripting too small to read on the glass This frame is not what was expected, the lettering is hard to see, too small and not readable because there is no backing and the stand is cheap for the weight of the frame

20TH ANNIVERSARY FRAME By Shopper (San Antonio, TX) - June 16, 2017 I wasn't thrilled with the choices on these frames, but decided to get one anyway. The brass colored trim of the picture frame and glass are outdated looking. Wish you would get someone on you staff to update the look! Also, you cannot read/see the writing on the glass. Very disappointed in that. I would probably return the thing if I could. Then, did not realize the stand was a piece in the packing. I thought this was a stand up frame on its own. I called and explained it got thrown out and the customer service rep was SO VERY NICE and stated a new stand was on its way to me. I do thank you for that. I will continue to order from Personalization Mass b/c the quality of the products are 9 out of 10 excellent. Prices are reasonable also. And the delivery is as promised. I paid extra to get them in time and did receive them the day or so before our anniversary date. Many thanks.

Beautiful frame, except it's very hard to read I have been buying items from PM for many years, esp. frames. I am always pleased with the frames as are the recipients. With this frame, although you can see/read the inscriptions easily on the website, it was very difficult for all of us to read. The recipients put different color paper behind the frame and that helped to some degree, but not a lot. The frame itself was beautiful, but to have to go up to it within 6" to read it is not so great.

years together picture frame By Shopper (Pulaski, PA) - February 17, 2016 I was a little disappointed in this only because when you are looking at the picture of it on this website the lettering is very visable, however, when I received mine the lettering is very hard to see unless you have it up against something that is a darker back ground. It is still very pretty and sentimental but just not what I had expected and not sure I would buy something again that is personalized.

Quality not there I didn't find this product had the same quality as other items ive got off this site. The quality seemed cheap and it was more expensive than the black frames i ordered. It was a gift and i had no time to get anything else so i had to give it. Would be ok if it sold for $15/20 but at this price i was disappointed.

Hard to read I love the plaque and place for a picture. Unfortunately we will need to put some kind of dark colored backing on it to read the inscription.

Picture Frame The small font size and white color is difficult to read.
The frame needs to be placed against a dark background if not hung
in order to read the verse.

For my silver wedding anniversary I wanted silver not gold. This is by no means the companies fault. Just read the description carefully.

Years Together Anniversary Personalized Picture Frame By Shopper (Belleville, MI) - September 23, 2014 The glass frame was much thinner than expected. Also the gold trim around the picture slot looks and feels very cheap. The corners of the gold trim do not line up and the gold already had a piece chipped off when the frame arrived. The engraving, however, was nice.

Too pale By Shopper (Roswell, GA) - January 11, 2014 I have ordered this for the 50th wedding anniversary for my in-laws. Two problems with this frame:the font is very small and unless you put the frame against a really dark background it is impossible to make out the message and the names on the frame - too pale. It is not very steady either. Great idea overall. Shipped on time.
