She can stand it on her desk in her office and know that it was personalized by her parents. It is heavy and very nicely crafted. Personalization Mall has come through for finding just what I need on several occasions. This one came in a nice black box with white tissue paper...all ready to give as a present.

Very Pleased I bought this as a gift with my own personal poem and I was very pleased with it's presentation. Not only was I satisfied with the product my wife whom I purchased it for received it very well. I highly recommend the custom plague keepsake and will certainly look into another purchase to display my writing hopefully in the near future.

Great Gift I purchased this beautiful item for my dad for his retirement. I found a lovely poem online and used it. It is a very good size and looks beautiful. I was really happy with the packaging also. My dad loved it! (If you look at the picture it says Glass Man Ron because my dad retired from the School District as Custodian and his floors use to be so shinny they called him Glass Man LOL)

Better Than Flowers I purchased this for a family member who lost someone special. It turned out beautiful. I loved how easy it was to order. Part of the inscription was in a foreign language. I was able to paste the non-english prayer so all the special characters were in the proper place. My family member loved it. I picked this instead of flowers so that my family member knows that even after the funeral, we (me and the rest of the family) are always there if they need us for support. The only thing that kept me from doing 5 stars is that because of the amount of words and lines I had, the top line was not able to be bigger than the other lines in the website example. But it is still beautiful.

Good quality; script very small The block is heavy and good quality. Shipped fast. The writing is REALLY small though. Not happy with the size of the words. On the order page it showed everything in big letters, but when we got it only the name and the top and the signature line were big. Very hard for "older" eyes to read!

Good Product Great gift, only thing I didn’t like was the print was a little small and it was for my great grandmother but either way it was the perfect gift for her!

Very Nice The actual glass item was beautiful and good quality. This will make for a very nice gift. My only complaint is that I paid $7 for a gift box that arrived damaged so I won’t be able to use it.

Font a little small Font was smaller than expected but could read it. Grandparents loved it though.

 DisappointedAlthough it looks very pretty, the print is too small to read. That was a disappointment.

Writing too Small I was very disappointed at the size of the writing in the final product. The quality of the etching is very fine so that makes it harder to read as well. You need a dark background and very good eyesight to read the words if you use all of the allowable characters. Overall...it's a beautiful gift but for the money, it needs to be easier to see.

Create Your Own Personalized Keepsake By Shopper (North Las Vegas, NV) - November 10, 2014 The only problem I have is the lettering appear to be larger on the website than on actual product. According to a picture on website you can easily read it from different angles, but on actual product you have to look straight at it and be really close to it.I can easily read it off your website picture being almost 3 feet away from a monitor, but on finish product it is not the case.

This was for my grandmother, there's no way she will be able to read it. Picture really doesn't do it justice to how small it really is.

What I received was written so small and the engraving is so light you need a magnifying glass to read it. It was written in a very small section of the keepsake and there is a lot of blank space on either side. It would have been nice if they made the font bigger and utilized more of the width of the keepsake.
