I bought it in memory of my dear mother. The watch wasn't working, and today we received a new one. My husband discovered it has a small battery, so we'll go get it replaced. I'll give the new one to my sister so she can have one too. I highly recommend it; it's beautiful. I've had it since january 19/2021.

I loved how it turned out with personalization, etc. It arrived way before the projected delivery time which was wonderful. Don't panic if you see that the clock is not working, it's not supposed to be working yet. It's very easy to remove the clock and then the plastic piece that keeps the clock from working.Then just set it to the correct time and place back into the heart. I would definitely purchase this item again.

I like it is a beautiful reminder or memorial, but ... seeing it is small I would have liked it to have been a little bigger. I recommend it, order it by the comments for my dear mother.

We traveled to lay our aunt to rest, including "host" family. So this was a perfect expression that was sent to the host family`s residence. It was waiting for them when they returned.

I purchased 4 of these (2 for me) 1 for the wife of a best friend whose husband passed and 1 for my parents who lost their son weeks after we lost our best friend's husband. The clock in one falls out. We had to get glue dot to make it stay and will explain it to her at some point. We even tried to see if the other three clocks would fit better to no avail. The other three are awesome.
