Great Knife Very nice, well built knife. Comes in a nice bag. It was much bigger than I expected unfolding being the size of a chef's fillet knife (a plus in my opinion). Very nice wooden handles. It was all I could do to restrain myself from ordering one for our kitchen (which, now that I think of it. . . .)

Excellent Knife The knife is beautiful and my husbands name stands out on the handle quite well. Prior to making the purchase, I had some concerns about the quality of the blade, but it works as well as other filet knives we have paid double for. It is an EXCELLENT product!

 Mostly goodGot one for my dad a couple years ago and it got stolen, but it was perfect. Just purchased him a replacement for this Christmas, and I think it's not quite as good.Tip seems chipped and some blemish on the handle. Still mostly good.

Fish fillet knife This is ok, nice to have it engraved, but the engraving doesn’t show up that nicely against the wood. Maybe if it were a darker color or nicer font it could have been nicer
