The product initially came with a few other products that I ordered but only the pillow case arrived. No pillow was included. After reaching out to customer support, they immediately sent me the pillow and made amends to the oversight. The product is soft and beautiful just as pictured! Would buy again.

I ordered two pillows; one looked slightly like a heart, the other looked like a circle if it was drawn by a 2-yr old. But after I discovered the secret, they both turned out good. I just now went back and read the description for this pillow, because I thought maybe I missed it saying that you have to remove the plastic from the pillow, then unzip it, and take the plastic off of the insert. What the description says is "Pillow filler comes vacuum packed, open bag before inserting", which is a little misleading, since the insert is already in the pillow. So if you order this, unzip the pillow and set the insert free - LOL. Then you won't be disappointed.
