Personalized Envelopes a Problem By

End product just arrived and I'm pleased with them. The only negative to this entire process is outlined below. Would order again as long as this issue was fixed!
POSITIVES:
- Choice of holiday cards to personalize
- Personalization tool
- Prices
- Turnaround time
NEGATIVES:
- Even though I chose imprinted return address envelopes at the beginning of my card personalization process, I was not prompted to personalize them upon checkout even though I backed up and tried to add it. So I ended up having to purchase additional personalized envelopes. So my order arrived with a bunch of plain envelopes and a bunch of personalized envelopes.
