We received the ornament and when showing a friend it was dropped and broke into pieces. I messaged the company and without question they shipped a new one. I never thought it would come before Christmas and I was so upset. Can I tell you how extremely surprised I was to see it on my doorstep the next day this company does amazing work.. Thank you!!

This ornament is beautiful and of great quality.
My MIL is going to love it. My only suggestion would be to offer a larger one too. The print is a little small for a Senior citizen to read and the picture is kinda cut off. Great Quality though.
