I’m very pleased with the final product! The glass is thick and heavy and the printing is clear and just slightly raised, so it looks and feels like a quality product.

these are cool and the design rocks absolutely. These are hand wash only and let the recipient know as people always assume dishwasher safe.

We wanted to replace several personalized pint glasses as they have been broken over time. I decided to take a picture of the label on the beer pitcher to send them. Little did I know that exactly what you send is exactly what appears so this is my fault also. The personalization included the glass of the beer stein and the bottom of the beer stein. It's not anything like I expected but now I know that they use no judgment when using our customized label. Live and learn. And I will be much more careful next time but the glasses look kind of stupid. Couldn't they have called and explained that to me before doing the work? Anyway, I am sorry to have purchased them but I'll be much more careful on ordering. Hey, I'm new at this stuff!
