We were out of town for the Thanksgiving Holidays when our Personalized Globe arrived. It was to be a gift for my granddaughter's 2nd grade teacher. When we brought the item in from our porch, and it had obviously been opened. The globe was broken, and my granddaughter was devastated. I emailed the Personalization Mall customer service department, explained the situation, and a new Personalized Globe was sent immediately and arrived in wonderful condition! We have shopped with Personalization Mall for many years and are 100% satisfied with our merchandise and the service provided by this online business.

The wording on the item is very small. Not clear as pictured. If I could send it back and get a refund I would. And did I mention the item itself is as little as a hand held pecil sharpener. Not worth $45
