The vase arrived exactly as advertised. It was packaged extremely well, looked great and my inscription was perfect. This is the third time I've orderd from Personalization Mall. Each time the products were as good as I hoped they would be. The last two (on separate occasions) I needed ASAP and had a concern for receiving them per the express schedule and extra fee. Both were delivered right on time. I'm very happy with the quality of products and level of service I've experienced.
