The personalization of the blanket came out perfect, but the blankets texture is not soft enough to use for a brand new baby. I wish it was made out of a better material, I would have even paid more for a better quality item.

The quality of this blanket is not good. It came with stitching out of place and blue stain on it. When I reached out to customer service with pictures, they wanted me to return it. I had got rid of the box and it was too much of a hassle to return. They lost a good customer!! Embarrassed to give as a gift and not worth the money

I'm sure the blanket is nice because everything I have purchased from this company has been good - BUT - my friend who received the blanket called to say it has the WRONG name on it! I am waiting for the company to respond to my email to correct the problem......
