Wanted a special keepsake ornament for my brother and sister-in-law who live so far away, but are so close to our hearts....this was the perfect thing. The quality is top-notch. No blemishes, and the picture is crisp and clear.

This ornament turned out beautifully! My only suggestion to the shopper is use the highest quality photo possible, professional if you have it. I rated it with four stars due to the picture quality on the ornament. I used a professionally taken photo and it turned out slightly grainy. I would imagine this is because it was printed on ceramic and it isn't going to be the same quality as photo paper. Like I said, use a high quality photo and you will still love the results!

My son and his fiancée loved this ornament that celebrated a special day for them. The ornament was beautiful, better than any picture.

I ordered six of these ornaments depicting family events in 2014. They were a great surprise for each, and I hope to make this a tradition each year. Those that stay in my house are interspersed among larger family pictures and will hang all year long. I have included a picture (sorry for the bad quality of the pic) of the ornaments hanging. Although they are a Christmas ornament and would look very nice on a tree, they aren't overly adorned with Christmas decorations to leave up all year. On the back of each I had the names and dates added for future generations to readily know who and when they were taken. Shipping was faster than expected, and although they were a relatively last minute choice, they arrived on time for Christmas morning.

We made this for the new big sister in the family. Used a picture of her holder her new baby brother and just put Big Sister 2015 so she can forever remember that day in time for years to come.

I didn't realize the ornament was ceramic/glass so it was exceeded my expectations. Most of the other ornaments I've ordered from here were just a hard surface. This one has a nice gloss but not too shiny. It's beautiful on our tree and an excellent price.

I made this ornament for my daughter and put it in her stocking. It commemorated a recent trip to Colorado with her boyfriend. She loved it! It turned out great and was so easy to do. The only tricky part was choosing the correct photo in order for heads not to be in the way of the wreath around it and then editing that photo to the correct size. But with Personalization Mall's easy "preview" it was easy to see if I had it right or not. It was well worth the end result. Shipping was fast too!

Picture was clear, not grainy. We also loved the thickness of the product. It did not feel or look cheap!

I give these ornaments every year to my daughters with my favorite picture. This year, the string hole for haninginf was through the forehead and I thou i the pic could had been tweaked to avoid it by whomever set it up for production.

I have ordered a photo ornament each year since my granddaughter was born and I purchased your wooden ornament tree to display them. The tree has 10 hooks and I hang snowflake ornaments on the empty hooks as my granddaughter's face fills the other hooks, one year at a time. It has become part of our holiday traditions to unwrap our ornaments and see how baby Cordelia has grown over the years. Not only was the personalization wonderful, but the ornament itself was also. When my friends opened it up they were so surprised.

The 2-sided holiday wreath photo ornament was exactly as pictured in the preview. I was very pleased with the quality of the ornament. I would definitely recommend to others.

I purchased this for myself and my in-laws with a picture of my late husband. The photo I used was against a light background but despite that the photo on the ornament is very dark.

The photo turned out great on this ornament, great color and clarity. I would definitely suggest using a dark background, which I did. The wreath around the picture shows up so much better! The only negative would be, part of the hole for the ribbon, went through the top of my son's head. It goes through his black hair, so it doesn't look too bad. However, it didn't look that way when I did it online. Overall, the quality is superb and I would definitely use Personalization again! I would show a picture, but don't want to use their image online :)

Wish it was better than photo quality to Ornament.

I ordered two different photo ornaments this year for the first time and they are both exactly what I had hoped for. I love the shininess and smoothness of them and the size is perfect. They look lovely on the tree.

Very unhappy with ornament/ornaments. With the white and red covering the picture. Your apps is not user friendly very difficult to understand and get rid of the red and whites. An edit would have been nice to correct it.
If you would accept the ornaments that are bad back i would do so. I ordered many things from you and have been somewhat happy. This years ornaments have not been up to your standards
