I ordered this on a tuesday and it arrived on thursday! I know alot of other reviews talk about how much bigger it was than they expected and they were totally right. The ears are also enlarged so it makes it even cuter. The ears are also have some kind of material in them that makes them pop out like they are supposed to and not fall flat. Totally worth the money!

Very pleased with my order. Just the right gift at an excellent price. The elephant is fluffy and the embroidered ear makes it more special. The customer service agents are SO nice. It is nice doing business with a company that still gives PERSONAL attention to their customers, including have customer service agents in the USA. So many companies route your calls to call centers outside the U.S. or provide only online agents. NOT THIS COMPANY..A VERY NICE, HELPFUL agent will assist you. I'll be back. I like the 'personal attention' they give.

Great gift! I never expected the elephant to be so large, especially based on the price! I will definitely order from this website again, as I have a wedding coming up next year and have already found the perfect wedding party gifts.

Super soft! Great buy, very well made, delivered time and date it was supposed to, packaged in a plastic bag and since it was blue it was tied with a blue bow. The engraving was also awesome. We ordered this elephant for our newborn nephew, personalized and it came out great. It is plush, very good quality, the lettering is bold and I think it is a little different than the typical blanket or frame with the babies name and birthdate on it. Great little accent gift and I would order it again.

I had a bad experience with another on-line provider. I found the item I wanted, ordered it, gave them my credit card number, and never received the product. It was a company that was located in a mall in North Dakota. I called and wrote, to no avail. In the meantime, I wanted my baby gift to arrive while the baby was still a baby! So, I ordered from Personalization.Mall. In no time at all, the item was monogrammed, shipped and delivered. I personally didn't see the finished product -- it was a gift for someone else -- but I did receive a wonderful thank you note!

This was a gift for a special mother to be. I did not get to see the finished product other than the sample that was done on screen for me. It was shipped to her for a special surpize in the mail.
