Received the travel mug exactly as ordered and in a short amount of time. Quality of mug is spot on. Your website is so easy to use and especially like how you can see the product before it is purchased and edit it as you wish. This was a special birthday. 65 years old and travels a lot in the car. My husband loved it and it's made very sturdy.

After many delays from FedEx (NOT this merchant's fault at all), it arrived at its destination. Tho' a bit delayed , the person receiving it was beyond happy with it! Great gift. Will definitely use Personalization Mall again.
