Replacements: excellent CS I originally ordered 8 of these glasses along with matching coasters for a bachelor party. 2 of the glasses in the first order were flawed, one with a machining mark and one with fissures in the glass. I spoke with Kisha on the phone and she had me send her photos of the flaws. Within 30min of submitting my claim and photos I had a confirmation email for the new order free of charge. The replacement glasses were made and shipped promptly. Excellent A+ customer service.

Great beer glasses I got these for friends who are getting married at a brewery and they came out great! I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and weight of these glasses. One arrived broken in several pieces, but customer service was fantastic and I received a replacement within a few days.

 Disappointed I was excited to receive my engraved beer glass. However, I was disappointed that it is very difficult to read the engraving. It is very light and hard to see.

 Large Air BubblesVery disappointed in the product that I received. I purchased 6 for the guys in my wedding. 4 out of the 6 have very large air bubbles. The description says minor air bubbles but these are not minor. Didn't expect any imperfections for a $13 glass. I am embarrassed to give these as a gift with all the defects.
