Average quality towel, would have like better. Thin. But love being able to personalize it for a gift.

I bought this towel to match the glass cutting board I bought for my mom as a Christmas present. Towel arrived exactly as I had expected. Description was accurate.

The name of the recipient and the word KITCHEN are not clear and precise as shown in the picture. The towel is thin and not as nice of a quality as I expected from the description.

The beige color towel is lighter than pictured. White lettering on the beige towel is very difficult to read. Not like the preview. It would be best to choose a different color for lettering on beige.

I purchased the same towels a few years agao. They were only available in white at that time, but the towels were better quality and more absorbent. I guess this is the price you pay for color choices.

Good if only for decoration, not so much if you intend to actually use them. They should switch back to the 100% cotton thick towels.

This was for a housewarming gift for a coworker. Quality seems ok, just wish it would have been better. It's possibly the color combo, but the name put on it didn't pop.

This item fell short of my expectations. The towel and the printing are of average quality. Definitely not up to the normal standards of Personalization Mall.

I gave 3 stars because I like that these have the writing on the upper and lower part. Whatever way you hang you’ll see the “” kitchen part. I took 2 stars away because these have zero absorbency. They are really only for appearance and not use. Gray color was just as pictured.

I like the personalization but the towels are very thin. They are more decorative than useful.

I sent this to my mom as a birthday gift. She absolutely loved it! It was bigger than I expected. The quality of the fabric is amazing. She kept saying how fancy it looked in her kitchen.

The towel is really. It is on the thin side but not too thin.

I was expecting a true waffle towel, which is solid waffle through on both sides. It's very thin and the under side is a flat material. This was a gift and I'm disappointed with it.

With a waffle weave on this towel, the personalization name did not show up well. It is very light and smaller than I expected. It is for a gift. She will be pleased, but I was disappointed.
The quality of the towel is fine, however. I would not do personalization on a waffle weave in the future.

I rarely have been disappointment by anything from personalization mall. I received my towels yesterday and they are thin and extremely difficult to read the personalization. The personalization is too small and because the fabric is waffle weave you can hardly read it.

Product as described and arrived in a timely manner.

Bought several kitchen themed items to put together a Christmas gift for a family member and thought this was perfect to personalize the gift. It arrived timely and the personalization was perfect along with the color. Towel quality could have been better but I still was not ashamed to gift it.

Kitchen Towel lettering is faded . Can’t see the name very well. Disappointed in this product.

I received these towels as a gift several years ago and so I ordered them for someone else, because I love them. Mine were thick, thirsty and the personalized name just as large as word "kitchen". I was so disappointed in these because the towels are very thin and the personalization looked like a cheap, stamped on version. Sorry.
