One of the paperweights this year had slight scratches on it. I called customer service who quickly arranged for a duplicate. Very professional customer service and the replacement came before Christmas. Unfortunately it had the same slight scratches on it! It must have just been a fluke and I let it go. But the other one was perfect. This company is great and I would order this item again.

Almost Perfect This was beautiful for the most part. However it had small scratches next to the lettering that looked like the engraving machine may have dragged a little.
