Poor Quality By Shopper (San Antonio, TX) - January 18, 2018 Ordered one ornament in 2016 and it was poor quality. Decided to give it another try and ordered one more in 2017, but it came out even worse. Will look for another source for personalized ornaments.

Blurry My photo came out very blurry

Sadly disappointed First, I would like to say that I have ordered so many items from Personalizationmall.... all of which have been of exceptional quality, and I have been so pleased! In particular, I have ordered this ornament for all of my nieces and nephews! They have all been gorgeous! When I finally had the opportunity to order one for my own son last Christmas, I was SO excited! However, when the ornament arrived, my excitement quickly turned to disappointed! The colours were muted, and the edges of the lettering were not crisp. It did not resemble at all the preview image that was provided. I thought that perhaps, since it was the end of the season last year, perhaps the machines may have been overworked or were low on ink, which may have resulted in the poor quality of the ornament (benefit of the doubt).... so I went ahead and ordered the exact same ornament this year..... way before the rush of the season would begin. To my dismay, the ornament arrived, once again, with muted colours and a a "fuzzy" (for lack of a better word) haze to the letters. I'm so disappointed..... :(

Quality has Deteriorated in One Short Year I have purchased 2 of these ornaments. The first I bought for my daughter's first Christmas last year (2015). The quality was excellent, the picture was clear, the string that held the ornament was thick, sparkly, and tied in a bow. I was so pleased that this year I wanted my son to have the exact same one for his first Christmas. I was sorely disappointed. The words on the back and photo came out blurry, the string was cheap and I had to tie it myself. It just isn't the same when compared.

Disappointed By Shopper (Covington, LA) - December 26, 2016 The picture was super blurry, which is not how it looked when I reviewed it. And the picture I uploaded was very high quality resolution so I know it wasn't that. Very disappointed in this purchase.

Baby's 1st Christmas - blah By Shopper (Bloomsburg, PA) - December 18, 2015 I purchased the ornaments for my 2 granddaughter's who were born this year (2015). The color was not very vivid. My granddaughter's are very pale and one has alot of red tones in her skin color where the other has alot of gray shadowing especially near her hand (see attached pic), which was not in the original pictures. Not happy with these items but too late to return and complain.

Waiting for Replacement By Shopper (Somerset, PA) - December 24, 2014 The product is very nice - but waiting for a replacement. I ordered two - one was scratched and the other was somebody else's photo!! I really like the ornament and hope to have new ones today as Christmas is almost here and wanted them for surprise gifts.

Disappointed Very disappointed with this item….for the first time ! It is off centered. I can not possibly give this as the gift it was intended to be. As you can see, the print is off center and the hole is not even centered over the uncentered words! Terrible!

Photo sideways By Shopper (Charlottesville, VA) - December 11, 2017 Be very careful when you submit. Our photo came out sideways. The company offered to reprint them at 1/2 cost but why should I pay for their software glitch. It looked correct when I submitted. Be very careful and check the ornament as soon as you get them.

Poor Quality Both the image and the writing on the front were very poor quality. The picture of my daughter was incredibly fuzzy and I thought, "oh well at least I have the writing on the front to show off", but even that was fuzzy and poor quality.

too dark By Shopper (Canada) - January 25, 2015 Received ornament. Photo was much darker than photo submitted. I emailed photo of received ornament per company's request, however, they refused to correct stating ornament remake would still be made the same.
