I remembered this company from a mall in Arizona. I loved the concept of this shop, to have special engravings that would represent the love of family or encouragement for colleagues. I ordered a wooden desk clock, engraved in Italian, as a gift. It came out beautifully. Which is, by the way, to be expected from Things Remembered - great outfit.

The product ordered met my expectations. Very nice workmanship and was received earlier than expected. Had a little difficulty removing clock face to adjust the time but was resolved without issue.

Nice CLock. Personalized engraving is great. I did not give 5 stars because I wish they had more type fonts to choose from but overall I recommend it.
