I have purchased this several times for various work activities (e.g., retirements, recognition events) and have always been satisfied with the purchase. One thing to keep in mind - the plaque sits on the base but it's not completely sturdy. I have ended up adding a small amount of super glue on the base to keep the plaque in place.
