I had ordered a keepsake 3 years ago for my granddaughter. I had reached out to ask if I could order the same keepsake for my grandson, but never received a response. After speaking to a customer representative, and various emails to customer service, I was given an alternative to order. I am very happy with the keepsake received! Even though it is different from the previous one, it is very special and looks great.
