I had ordered a keepsake 3 years ago for my granddaughter. I had reached out to ask if I could order the same keepsake for my grandson, but never received a response. I placed an order trying to duplicate it, but the order came back poorly done. After speaking to a customer representative, and various emails to customer service, I was given an alternative to order. I am very happy with the keepsake received! Even though it is different from the previous one, it is very special and looks great.

What was disappointing was the gift box came damaged. I called customer service and they promised I will have another before this weekend ( when I have to present the gift to the couple ). Appreciated the attention of the customer service department to rectify the situation.
