I would purchase this again. Be aware it is very fragile. The first box I got was cracked when I opened it after delivery. I contacted customer service, who after seeing a photo of the crack, sent me a new box promptly. It arrived in perfect condition. The box is very nice inside with plenty of room for a variety of jewelry items. The inscription on the outside is nicely written and legible.

The jewelry box is beautiful. My friend was thrilled to receive it. I did have a problem with the personalization and had to re-order. The customer service was excellent and I received the replacement in time.
