So beautiful! I absolutely love this changing color mug! Like it’s the perfect Christmas gift! I had to read some previous reviews about how it works because it’s just black upon receiving so I confused at first, but then when I read you have to put boiling water and the image will appear and it was absolutely beautiful! I’m extremely satisfied with my product!

Overall It turned out to be the perfect gift Loved the mug! Only reason for 4 stars is that you have to use boiling hot water to see the picture (we tried hot water from the sink and it didn't work).

 Bad Experience By Shopper (Glenn Heights, TX) - April 18, 2025 Ordered this color changing mug, and when it arrived I knew it wasn't what I was expecting. I was disappointed. I called to express my dissatisfaction and was basically told it wasn't their fault I was disappointed, that I could just buy another mug. So I did, because I needed it for a gift. I put hot water in the color changing mug, and it barely changed colors, could barely see the picture. Always had good products and great customer care, but this time both were off!
