I received this item very quickly so I was pleasantly surprised when It arrived. The image was exactly like the photo and the quality is great since the pillow was not inflated I thought it was just a pillow cover. Since it was a gift I did not take it out of the package. After calling I learned it will inflate itself once fully open. It was a gift for my daughter her first mother day and she just cried once she saw it. The best gift I could have gave. Highly recommend.
