I loved the frame and the personalization! All perfect. The only suprising thing to me is the window is not glass.

I love this new color! I have 4 granddaughters and have ordered 3 previous ones but this is the first time they have offered this beautiful color! I love these frames, writing on them is beautiful. However this one is made a bit differently than my previous ones and the kickstand in the back is too long. It makes the picture lay back more and it’s harder to get it to stand up in a straight position. Thus, 4 stars instead of 5.
