Purchased this item for my dad from my daughter and he LOVED it!! It was the cutest coffee cup!! The pictures were perfect and it was just wonderful! I love ordering from your company!

I liked the fact that I was able to preview the finished product since I was not going to see it (I was mailing it directly to my dad.)I sent it over to my dad and forgot to check the box that specified it was a gift and that pricing should be taken off. I emailed them as soon as I realized and they were able to fix the problem for me and still ship it on time. It arrived on time, in one piece and I was able to track it the whole way. Overall a great buy and a great shopping experience. :)

was more choice in font type & colors. After working long on spacing & personalization, I was very disappointed to see the cheapest shipping option was $6! Shocking. It was my 1st time using this site so didn't realize I could have waited a few days for a free shipping offer & saved a lot! I've purchased a lot of cups through Personalization Mall, and as always, the quality of the cup is great. The reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because I thought it looked too plain when seeing it in person. It needs to either come in different colors on the outside, or have some design on the back, or the same design on both sides. I would be willing to pay more to have more of a design with the cup. I think if I purchased the 11oz, it probably wouldn't have looked so plain.
