You can add audio to your gift in two ways:

• Record the audio directly from your phone or device.
• Upload a saved audio file from your phone or device.

If you want to add music, transitions, or other edits, complete those updates in your preferred audio editing tool before uploading the final file.

Yes. As you add photos, messages, and upload audio, you'll see a live preview that shows exactly how your personalized product will look.

Recorded audio can run up to five minutes. There is no duration limit when you upload a pre-recorded audio file.

Uploaded audio files cannot exceed 100 MB. If your file is larger, use a compression tool to reduce the size before uploading.

Most common audio formats are supported, including .mp4 and .wav files.

Recipients can scan the QR code on their gift with a smartphone to instantly enjoy the audio memory you created. We encourage recipients to download the audio when they visit the page so they can keep it safe forever.

Encourage recipients to download their audio for safekeeping so they can cherish it even if the physical gift is lost or damaged. We reserve the right to remove audio files under specific conditions, so personal backups are recommended.
