when I received the personalized Jewelry box for my daughter's graduation gift I was so pleasantly surprised. The picture online did not do it justice. It is beautifully printed and the product is of the highest quality. I cannot wait to give it to my daughter next week!

this is a very nice graduation gift. it looks expensive and is very tasteful. i especially love the saying. (also, it is a positive sign when a company wants a review to make sure they are doing the right thing and can improve if necessary)

Only one problem. When received the tile with the inscription was loose and fell out. Luckily, it did not break, and I reglued it before giving as a gift. If not for this, I would have given 5 stars.

It’s beautiful but when I opened the lid to look inside the tile plate fell out suprised it didn’t break because it hit the floor. The glue they used didn’t hold it! I had to reglue it. Thank goodness it didn’t break. Other than that it’s beautiful.

This box has a very nice finish and personalization is also nice. Missing a star because of how aggressive it snaps shut. Really like it though and would order it again.

I bought this for my grand daughters upcoming high school graduation. It is as described and will make a very nice presentation case for the family heirloom cuff bracelet that we are giving her. It arrived very fast, and well packaged.

I ordered 2 of these boxes for graduation gifts. They were nice, but both boxes had scratches in the clear coating over the personalization. They weren't bad enough to send back, but not up to Personalization Mall's usual quality.

Nicely done on the outside but the lining is questionable.

I really wanted this to be perfect for my daughter's graduation next week. It is of very good quality, like everything I have ordered from this site, but there are some slight imperfections in the tile that are noticeable :-( I'm using it as a gift box to hold a beautiful pearl necklace. The interior is very, very nice.

This would have been very nice and deserve 5 stars if it were not for the fact that the tile plate was not properly affixed to the box. It fell off when I removed the box from its packaging. Fortunately, it did not break when it hit the floor. Now I have to find glue to fix it. Very very poor quality control by this company.

Was delivered on time, no delay. All wording perfect, beautifully written. However, there was a slight nic in the lid close to the lettering, very noticeable

I only gave three stars because I ordered this same item a couple years ago for my niece's graduation and it was made better. It looked and felt like actual wood and the ceramic part was actually a tile with the print on it. I'm sure my friend that is graduating this year will love it and hold it dear to her heart. I was just expecting the same thing I ordered on the previous order.

This made a lovely graduation gift, so I think it's a perfect idea and option. My only issue is with the reliability of the item, the first one I order was damaged when I received the package, I contacted customer service and they were extremely helpful and sent me another one. Despite this mishap I still believe it's a perfect gift idea.

First opening of box and the tile on the lid fell out. Luckily I had it in my lap. If it had fallen to my tile floor it would have shattered. I spent the next several hours trying to remove the glue on the back of tile so I could try to replace the tile. I would have returned but the Graduation is next week. So now I will have to tell the Graduate to take care because it might fall out. So a gift I should not have purchased.

Purchase this for my daughters college graduation. Smaller than expected . When she opened the box it was broken.

I received the beautiful graduation box ....It came on time and was beautiful till I took it out of the box and it was broken.....I contacted customer service and they got right back to me....I sent them a picture of the broken one and they sent me a new one in matter of days....I love it and hope my granddaughter does too...I am happy in the end....
