Got a frame with grand dog on it.. It went over great, grandma loves it. wish we could have got a darker wood though,, otherwise it is great.

I purchased this personalized frame as a Christmas present. I love everything about it! First, it looks exactly like the preview online after you customize it. Second, I had selected normal shipping since I don't need it for a while but it arrived way faster then I expected. Overall, great experience and I will be using this site again for other presents!

Frame is just as outlined. However, I decided to let them print and add a picture to the frame and it was blurry and closer in than was sent. Next time, no picture.

This frame is much nicer in person. The letters&symbols were actually engraved into the wood - not stickers or anything cheap looking. I was really impressed. The free note you can leave is REALLY nice. I thought it would be just plain computer printout but it was italized/scripted font as if someone hand wrote the note. REALLY impressed with this company and would definitely order again. Oh and shipping was soooooo much faster than they said. Think it said two weeks and was more like 2-4 days!
