I personalized this product for my cousin’s 78th birthday and 50 years in business celebration. It’s so beautiful and classy. My cousin and guest loved it! This company is amazing. I printed the incorrect spelling of my Cousin’s name and I reached out by phone after my Cousin’s party and spoke to Cynthia Ayala who demonstrated patience and kindness, and went beyond to help me reorder and the item was re-shipped. Ms Ayala gave me a discount, which was truly helpful! Love this company.

This is the perfect birthday gift for my granddaughter.
My only suggestion would be to not write so many characters, the more characters, the smaller the font. That was my mistake.

It’s beautiful and even better than I expected

I had wanted to have a remembrance for my parents to be displayed in my curio and I just love how this heart shaped sculpture came out. It is sitting beside a picture of my mom and dad and will always be here with me in my home (and of course always in my heart!)

The product I had purchased was not sent to the correct address but once I contacted customer support, they address the issue and corrected it in a quick and timely manner. I give this five stars regardless of it not making it on time. I will definitely use this service multiple times in the future.
