Excellent quality, heavy duty metal and magnets I'm very happy with the quality of this item (although I haven't used it for very long).
Be advised, it's not real wood, and the cap image is just printed, but it's very highquality and nice lookking.

Awesome opener! I bought this for my nephew as he is working on his man-cave in his new house and I must say when it arrived I thought this is well made and of good quality a real substantial piece and he loved it! A lot Bigger than Expected! I ordered this as a surprise for my boyfriend. I ordered the Premium Brew Personalized Coaster Set for him last year and he loved them. When I seen this I knew I had to get him this matching bottle opener. Item is great quality. It is a lot bigger than I expected and I am extremely satisfied. Only thing I can complain about is the metal opener was attached upside down when I received it for some odd reason (see picture). I had to unscrew it and turn it around and fasten it back in. Also the sticker (the image) is slightly off a bit, nothing huge or really noticeable. (I guess I'm just being a little bit picky on that one). Highly recommend for a beer lover!

Great gift for bar I ordered this bottle opener for a friend who is building a bar in his basement. I have to say it is larger than I expected and really sticks to the side of the refrig. Should open a bottle with no problem. The graphic is very nice and I think our friends will be very impressed with the opener. I would purchase for anyone who has a bar.

solid product, not real wood By Shopper (Cicero, NY) - December 15, 2016 I received my opener and was initially disappointed on two levels - it was not real wood but rather a customized sticker applied over a solid piece of metal & there were air bubbles throughout the appliqué. I contacted customer service regarding the air bubbles. The whole product is solid and heavy (in a good way). The magnetic bumpers are pretty hefty and strong. The opener appears to be good quality as well. And the design looks good. I will continue to give this as a gift as intended and if the recipient is dissatisfied, I will seek a replacement.

Slight Glitch By Shopper (Syracuse, NY) - January 1, 2016 I ordered two of these as gifts. They arrived in less than one week, but one of them had the decal so far off center that it was hanging off the side. One quick phone call (less than 10 minutes!) and a replacement was ordered and on its way to me!! It also arrived less than one week later and was perfect! Both were a big hit with the recipients!! Great product and even better Customer Service!!

 Not a fancy piece, but does it's jobPurchased as a gift but I just didn't feel satisfied with the workmanship. I had to buy something nicer to the gift because I was embarrassed to just give this to family friends for christmas. The wood like appearance makes it cheap looking, I would have rather had a solid color than making it appear like wood when it's not. Overall, I would not buy it again.
However, it works and has strong magnets you can hang on your fridge, off to the side of course.

Very cheap looking Not happy with this product. It's a sticker on a cheap piece of material. It is cool with our name so I may keep it. Not thrilled at all.
