GREAT GIFT This is a great gift. I did have trouble getting the box open at first, but when I reached out to Christopher through the chat, he was a great help. It is difficult at first to open, but then it works like a charm. Great gift.

The engravings were printed on the glass precisely. The only thing that I did not like much is the color of the engravings. It was a bit lighter that I cannot almost read what it says. I hope in the future, there will be choices of darker color aside from silvery white. Overall, I am very happy with the product. It is perfect for a gift.
