This is a beautiful clock. My order was processed and received very rapidly. The second hand had come off during shipment, and I called to report the problem. Tiffany understood and sent a replacement face immediately at no cost. I replaced the original face with the new one and all is well. If anyone has this happen and does not have time to get a new face shipped, it is possible to repair it by removing the two screws and knobs on the back, opening the face, and reattaching the second hand by pushing it onto its drive shaft. I did this as an experiment on the original face, and so far it is staying on and working smoothly.

I was so amazed by the way that the product turned out. My co worker was so happy. He showed it off and everyone was so amazed with it.

I notified Personalization and an order of replacement was sent after sending them a picture of the broken clock.

The small scree at the back keeps falling. Does not hold tight! Don't know what to do at the last minute.

It arrived fast. The engraving could have been better. It's very light and you really can't see the wording. It should be boulder and it's not like the picture with darker letters.
