love this product. good quality and i would suggest using darker colored photos like the web site suggests. They look better than the lighter colored backgrounds. Great product and a good price

Originally, I was dissatisfied with the product, but I contacted customer service and sent pics of why I was dissatisfied with my purchase and Personalization Mall quickly corrected the mistake and sent out a replacement free of charge. I'm very happy with the replacement and with the quick response to the issue. I would definitely buy from this site again.

FOR $40, IT WAS GOOD QUALITY PIECES, HARD TO FIND PICTURES TO FIT SO LETTERS DONT OVERLAP, BUT THEY HAVE A GOOD OPTION TO CROP AND MOVE PICTURE AROUND THEN REVIEW IT. I SUGGEST LIGHT BACKGROUND PICTURES. ALL IN ALL, VERY SATISFIED. I WOULD ORDER AGAIN FROM HERE.

Bought this fir my husband for Valentines Day, it is nice but way small than I thought it would be

I really liked these, they were really beautiful and they went really well together. The only issue I had was in the picture they looked so much bigger against the fireplace. And when I actually got them they were so much smaller than I thought. That's the only reason I'm giving it four stars because it's smaller than I thought it would be. But they are still beautiful and quite sturdy

I purchased this for my daughter and her wife for their 1st Married Christmas. They absolutely adored it. It was so easy to order. I just copied and trimmed 4 pictures from their IG account to the product page for this site.

I ordered this product as a Christmas gift. Shipping was super fast and accurate. Unfortunately, one of the blocks turned out darker than I would like but it may have been “designer” error. I wanted to return it to replace the one block but it was too close to Christmas. Either way, it is an absolute great gift and complement to any decor.

The ooos and ahhhhs were strong with this one. This was a bridal shower gift as I love to include something personalized for the couple to keep. Great for their new house decor too! Everyone loves it but the photos were a bit blurry. It is unclear if this is just the design/intended effect on the pictures.

This was an engagement gift and they both loved it.

Love this product! So personal and special! Pictures look great behind the LOVE letters. As the site mentioned, darker pictures work best. Watch out for photos with white sky because then the top of the letters don’t “pop.” Can’t wait to display these at my future daughter in law’s bridal shower!

I just want to say I'm very pleased with the gift. The colors and quality of picture's are great.
The only problem I have is when you upload the pictures to your website. It doesn't include the lettering over the uploaded picture. When you crop the picture you really can't tell where the lettering is going to be. So the O and E in LOVE covered my newphew's face.
It still looks good I just wish it would have given me a guideline to crop with letters.

I was very pleased with these, however I do feel like they cost a bit more then they should. I think $20.00 would be a fair price. Costs add up after taxes and shipping.

I made these for each of my three daughters and their families for Valentine’s Day. They really liked them. It was a bit difficult to select the right photo for each block without the letters blocking faces, but with a lot of trial and error. I was able to do it. Turned out well. My only complaint is that the photos did not turn out as dark as the originals.

These blocks came out beautifully. I am pleased with the color and quality. They are lightweight. My only issue is that they do not have hooks or anything on the back to hang them up. They will have to sit on a mantle or something. I guess I can always add something to the back. I bought them as a gift and I'm sure the recipients will love them.

I bought these for my mother in law and she loved them! The only minor issue is that the lettering covers some of the faces on the pictures. If I had paid attention, I could have picked new pics. I really love the blocks and really quick shipping!

I have purchased two of these sets of blocks, one for my boyfriend for Valentine's Day and one for my son for his First Communion. They both love them. My only criticism is the letters are not transparent as they appear, so be sure to choose pictures that work around the letters.

My daughter was born in dec so used Three photos of her followed by a photo of her and each grandma. They turned out really great. The reason I’m not giving it a 5 stars is because I guess I expected more. They’re literally hollow blocks. They’re super cute and I glad I made it. Can’t wait to give them their gifts.

I loved how the pics came out on the blocks. Only thing i didn’t like, was... you couldn’t change the color quality of the pictures to reflect it on the blocks. The image they showed when you choose your pictures were kinda blurred. So one of my blocks on the “L” came out pretty dark. But over all my sister loved her gift.

Overall, I really like this product. Unfortunately, the picture in the "O" of the word LOVE is stretched. It was not until after I received the product and looked back at the preview that I realized that it probably looked stretched in the preview, but it was not obvious to me prior to the purchase. I can live with it (I don't have choice and it was my fault), but for the price, I would not purchase again. So, just look at your preview VERY carefully before purchasing.

these blocks are more lightweight than i expected. photos came out ok, a bit muted for my liking, but still a great gift idea.

The blocks are small and light. Which is not a bad thing. The photos look great aside from one looking fairly grainy. The blocks seem well made and in good quality.
