The pictures turned out great, and the letters are see through even though they didn't look like it in the proof. I needed to pay more attention to the actual dimensions that were listed instead of just looking at the picture of the product on the fireplace, as it was a lot smaller than expected.

I was very pleased with my blocks. They are perfect size. My pictures are clear. I would definitely purchase more. The only reason for 4 stars is I wish the pics wrapped around the blocks. The sides are white. Still very stylish though.

Smaller than I anticipated but my husband and I like these! We stacked them L-O then under them V-E making a square instead of horizontal rectangle.

It takes a little work to get the photos in a position that the faces are not too blocked by the letters other than that they are solid block and pretty. You make have trouble with the letters being center.

The blocks were slightly smaller than I expected, but the print quality was great. These will look great in our new home

We wanted something unique for our son and his wife. They are a special couple who truly love the Lord and each other. These LOVE blocks captured that fact.
Our struggle was editing the pictures just right so that their faces were not obstructed by the letters. After many attempts on several different photos we finally were able to create the perfect look.
The order arrived quickly and looked beautiful. Thank you for the idea.

Luckily I have 4 kids so this worked out perfectly! Gave it to a grandparent and she was delighted. The quality of the images came out beautifully, sharp and clear. I was concerned that you would struggle to see the pics behind the letters but that wasn't the case at all, they blend beautifully together. I played with moving my pics around to make sure the faces weren't hidden behind the letters, so take your time and it will pay off in the end. Only reason it's not 5 stars is because the blocks seem like a cross between wood and paper, super light, hollow, doesn't scream high end but for the price it makes sense. I highly recommend!

I had a issue with one of the pictures, the head was cut off, but they send me a new one with the adjustments.

i loved it, these small boxes fill my home just right. I picked some crazy photos of me and my fiance to show our FUN love for these boxes.
The picture coloring was not amazing or crisp but im still very happy with it and will be purchasing more from this site

I got two sets of blocks: Both sets awesome. Shipping on them however, were drastically different- in a bad way (block sets were ordered separately).

Both block sets turned out great! I thought they would be a bit larger than they were (next time I'll measure to know what the site is talking about!), but are true to size and absolutely perfect. We also get a ton of compliments on them and we've only had them up for a week! Would definitely recommend! Very quick shipping and came on time in the way stated online.

I loved them so much that my husband and I got a set for his parents. This set also turned out great- one picture is a bit blurry, but the site does warm you when they could turn out this way.

Personalization mall requested that UPS give the package to the local postal service. This caused my package to be 3 days late (it was sitting at the post office) and we missed the opportunity of giving this gift to my husbands parents before they moved out of state. We now have to pay to ship the item to his parents. Normally I would have intercepted the package and picked it up myself at UPS however, I was not aware that UPS was even handing off my package until the day it was to be delivered. It took another day for UPS to update their records and notify me that my package was no longer at their facility due to the seller's request. The next two days, my package was sitting at the post office and was delivered well after the promised shipping date. Not so great Personalization mall...

This item is unique and of high quality. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars is that one of the blocks (letter E) has a lighter color than expected-it came out whitish instead of light blue. I would recommend this product to friends and would purchase it again, but would be more careful with the color selection.

Purchased these for my husband for our 4th wedding anniversary. Uploading and formatting the pictures was really easy. I received them earlier than expected and was very pleased with the quality of the finished product considering how reasonable the cost was. My only reason for not giving 5 stars, was that I was under the impression that there was some sort of hook or hole on the back that would allow me to hang them on our wall and there are not.

I like them except the blocks sizes are not exactly the same and I wish the quality of the photo is better than this. I feel it can be scratched off

Gave this product as a gift to my parents. very fast delivery!!! Excellent quality in product. I did think it was going to be bigger the squares are a lot smaller than I thought however over my parents we ecstatic and I loved putting a smile on their face!!

Blocks are hollow, quality needs to improve. Pics show up good but one of the letters are not centered.

Super cute. My only issue is the E. The letter covers the faces in the photo. Really disappointed. The rest are perfect. Maybe i should've chosen a different photo?

The product is beautiful, they did a wonderful job. But one of my letters came damaged, the wood chipped and took off apart of the photo. I'm hoping someone can reach back out to me. I'd like that specific letter replaced. It will not allow me to add a photo here for some reason.

These book shelf blocks are simply adorable. They are a great size and crafted nicely. I would say be careful of your pictures with the positioning because your faces are hidden if you use photos of each other. Also if your are dark skin please maybe lighten your photos because the blocks came out dark for myself as I am a dark skin woman. Other than that they are great and I would recommend even for assorted memories to share.

I was so excited about this gift. Nothing against what the company did, but the blocks are cheap looking, the print didn't turn out well (very grainy in printing as I was afraid they would be) and the color from the printing also bled down the side of multiple blocks. Just looks ok. Was a wedding gift, but now I'm looking to purchase something else. I do want to say this is the first time I have ever been disappointed with something from personalizationmall.

I love it but it's hard to not have your faces covered

The blocks are nice. The only thing I didn't like was that the letter in each block covers the picture of the person. Either it covers the face, eyes, nose. You really have to see beyond the letter. Maybe you should put in your requirements to try and use a picture that the persons are really together so the letter won't cover their face. Of course that would be very hard to find pictures like that. Maybe you should color the letters with light color and not white or so dark. I was half happy and half unhappy with the product. TY.

The blocks were a nice size but the images weren't as clear and the colors were not as bold and vibrant as I was hoping. But over all still a nice gift.

When I first saw this I thought it was a kind of plexiglass with a photo in the middle but it’s actually wood blocks with a picture imprinted with the spelled out letters of LOVE. Some of my pictures were a bit too dark so they’re kind of hard to see. All in all they’re really nice, I’m not sure if I missed the words wooden blocks in the description but I didn’t see them. I would tell people to pick brighter more lit pictures since the process to print the pictures on the blocks seems darker.

The quality is fine but they were a little pricey for the lightweight blocks.

They were made from lightweight balsa type wood. Definitely not something to be handled very much. If you keep them in a glass cabinet, or up on a shelf, to keep them from being broken. They do look good from a distance.

I ordered these pictures and i thought i was ordering canvas pics but in realty they were blocks. Once they arrived, i liked them but i was looking forward to canvases. The photos has slight lines running through them probably from the printing process but they are still nice. I would order again from this company! Nit to mention they arrive in good time.

It's my own fault for not really noting the small size of the item. Each square is only 5x5. From the pictures on the website, it looked a lot bigger, but it was apparently forced perspective. I was expecting 8 x8 ish. Again that is my own fault. So, the quality is good, the wood is solid, not flimsy or cheap feeling. My only complaint is that the pictures are not crisp, they are definitely "foggy" almost like that is a soft filter they applied or how pics look when you mod podge them. They looked fine in the sample window and I did not get a pixel warning, so I was surprised that they looked so foggy. If ordering, I would use super close up, professional quality images (not cell phone) to get a crisper look. The lettering was not opaque-if it was over someone's face it completely blocked it. So I spent quite a bit of time trying to move the photos around and to not block faces. All in all they are ok, a cute gift for my sister but it definitely does not look like the product image.

These came and were very cute. The only thing is the photos were washed out - and some of the edges were sloppy the photo bled over onto the white boarder. They were still cute, but not sharp

Poor Quality Material. Looked elegant in the picture but cheap when you get them. Should have read more. This was a rush decision. Wish they have a glass and willing to pay more.

Ordered this for a wedding gift for my cousin. Size is nice and concept is nice but I lighted the pictures I used and the pictures were hard to see. They looked good when I previewed the product but can out different. Still nice but could be better.

The LOVE lettering covered over some of the people in the photos and I got this for a gift.

Because of the material, the pictures are a little dark, not so bright and is not a clear image, even tho i uploaded them in good quality.
