The product arrived in good condition and in a reasonable time frame. The personalization and the quality of the wood was excellent.

My only complaint is that I think the shipping charges were
too much.

I purchased this cutting board and personalized it as a gift for a friend's wedding. It came exactly how it was pictured on the site. I even reached out to customer service after ordering because the cutting board had gone on sale for $13 cheaper one day after I ordered it, and they refunded me the difference in price with no hesitation. I will definitely shop here again!

Purchased this as a wedding gift and it looks so good! I personally think the stand is a must, so you can display it rather than use it!! Very pleased- as always with this site. Plan on purchasing another one of these in April!

I am disappointed in the cutting board. It's smaller and thinner than I thought it was going to be. The shipping costs were high. It did not ship as fast as I had hoped. It took at least 7-10 days to arrive. Food is going to get stuck in between the letters.

This item was even better than expected for the price. Came out absolutely beautiful. Looks so very pricey. Finely engraved, very detailed, wood is heavy and finished perfectly. I should have ordered the easel with it, my mistake I did not expect it to be such a nice display piece I'm going to purchase a stand before giving it to my niece.

Perfect size, carvings should have been darker- needed a little more coloring.

This board is beautiful, only thing that is not well done is the engraving. It’s so light you can barely read the wording. Good value for the $$. Picture attached is not mine as I had already wrapped for a gift.

This was a great gift for the price, but the stain was a little lighter in certain spots of the letters. Overall a great purchase, and the newlyweds loved it.

Turned out very nice. Only two things that I thought would make it better. The lettering could be a little deeper. And the lettering could be a little Darker to make it stand out more.
