I ordered the apron on December 3rd. The apron I received was incorrect. The personalization listed on the label on the bag was correct, but the wrong apron was put inside the bag.
I emailed Personalization Mall on December 13th explaining the error and told them I needed the replacement for a Christmas party on December 20th and asked them to confirm. I received what appears to be a form letter response letting me know a new apron would be sent.
I did not receive the apron by December 20th as requested, in fact, I did not receive it until after Christmas.
When I emailed for the replacement, according to their "Christmas Countdown", there should have still been time to get orders by Christmas. I guess that was just for new orders, but not replacement orders they screwed up. They already had my money, why prioritize it over new orders? Unless you value customer service.
I understand mistakes happen, but they did not acknowledge or meet my request or even get it in time for Christmas.
The apron and personalization is of good quality for the price, but it doesn't matter.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Will not order from them again!
