When I first received the cross I was disappointed. You could hardly read it. I sent a picture and e-mail to the company. They responded with a few hours and sent me a new one. It only took them two days to get it to me. I would order from them again. I loved the other things I had ordered.

The wooden cross is beautiful,it is a keepsake! Only issue with it is the writing is not dark enough to be read from a short distance, it’s needs to be darker and bolder.

I think it is very pretty. At first I thought it was small but the more I looked at it, it was just right. I got it for a gift for my granddaughter and I haven’t given it to her yet, so don’t know how she feels but I would definitely tell others about it. Her Mother and Dad and Grandpa thinks it is pretty also.

I ordered "Our Wedding Day Personalized Wood Cross." I was happy about everything about the cross. However, I thought it would be larger in size. When you see it on the ad, the cross is next to a table. It looks large. Maybe I just ordered the wrong size. But would have preferred it larger.
