The personalized Latte Mugs will be used as gifts for family members. I ordered the 1st 6 birthday mugs and they arrived in perfect condition and look great! They look even better than the pictures. Can't wait for the first birthday. I will be ordering more soon for the rest of the year's birthdays.

The cup came in broken at first but Personalization Mall made it good and sent another. The problem I even mention this is that this is not the first time that things have come in broken. They need better packaging from their shipping department but the products are lovely!

This was the 4th year I have ordered these mugs for each player and coach of my youth football team....they are always a huge hit...the quality is always good and safe for the dishwasher, the mug is not flimsy or cheap feeling....turnaround time is less than a week. In the fist name place I put the number sign and their number then their last name...in the last name place I but the year and our team mascot name....I have used different styles of cup and lettering each year just to mix it up.

Cups were packaged well in a box specifically designed for them, but now wish I had purchased the gift boxes so the outside of box looked nicer (just an FYI for your own cup purchases).
