This is going to be a Christmas gift for that family. Loved the fact that you could write something on the side. It would have been nice if the words could have been written on the front. Actually I had to reorder the picture because the words on the side fell off the edge. I contacted support and they replaced it for free. The second one is perfect. I will definitely order more things from PMall. Prices are great and support was great.

Wording I had added to left side of frame was not centered and the last letter of the sentence was only half of the letter. They are going to review the pictures I sent them and hopefully send me a corrected frame. Customer service was very helpful
