I purchased this as a memorial when my friend (who loved her flower garden) passed away. I bought it for her husband to hang in her garden. I was so disappointed and angry at this item. The photo implies that it is a normally sized windchime by taking the photos at a deceptive perspective or without a reference item nearby. I paid 6.99 for the "gift" box (which was nothing but a white box with an elastic strap and Personalization advertising on the front. That was definitely not worth 7.00. I knew immediately that the item was too small by the size of the box. The description lists as 18" (which I missed when looking at the description) but they don't tell you the measurement includes mostly string. The Hummingbird is a VERY thin piece of metal that feels fragile and would never last outdoors while the chimes are ridiculously small. I took pictures of the bird and the chimes next to my hand to give a true perspective of their size. I am shocked after years of purchases from personalization mall that they would offer a product so small and cheaply made. Forget the fact that this miniscule wind chime is almost forty dollars. What a rip off...

Much smaller then pictured. Hummingbird is beautiful but charms are about 2 half inches long it states 12 inches but that is counting depth of string for hanging

I bought these as a gift for my Mom. They are very beautiful and they sound amazing!

Very disappointed. This was for mothers memorial. I was led to believe it would be bigger than I recieved.

I sent this personalized wind chime to my good friend for her Birthday. She loves it!! She said the chimes are very calming & relaxing. She hung them by her hammock so she can enjoy. The quality is great!! Very nice she said.

The hummingbird wind chime is beautifully crafted and personalized. It hangs fabulously on the deck and sings every so lovely. TY for making such a comforting gift in this time of sorrow for my family.

Item was alot smaller than I was expecting for the price.

This is my hummingbird wind chime! I purchased one and loved it so much that I ordered a second. I have them hanging from light fixtures on outside of garage.

Do not expect anything too big. This item is very small. I was extremely surprised. I feel that I should have paid more attention to measurements.

I didn’t see this item as I had it sent directly to the recipient. It was to commemorate the loss of a very dear friend of hers. The recipient was very appreciative.

Just purchased this wind chime! Very pretty but small, probably my fault for not reading the description. The sound is pleasant and I love the humming bird—definitely a quality product. Decided to place on my garden flag since I will need more powerful ones for my deck.

The recipient of this gift loves wind chimes. She is a cancer survivor. The date on the chime represents her rebirth date. It was the perfect gift.

Arrived quickly. Was sent as a gift. Apparently it was made upside down. The circle name part was above the hummingbird and needed to be taken apart, fixed, and put back together. It gave my family a good laugh and they loved it in the end. I would still buy it again. It's a nice gift, sounds great, and can last a long time.

My Son and Daughter-in-Law stated that they were touched by receiving their very own personalized hummingbird wind chime. They loved it!

While it seemed well made, it is very small, it is an ornament rather than a wind chime. The engraving is nice but it was the size of the palm of my hand. Could not give it as the gift as I had planned.

I was very disappointed in the size of the product. I had ordered some of the other Chimes earlier in the season that were the same price and they were regular size. this is a miniature windchime and definitely not worth the price I paid.

Ordered this for my aunt's 80th birthday gift. She received it and called right away. She just rebuilt her deck and this will be the new addition to the over hang, near her kitchen window. It has a pleasant sound, it's not real big, but big enough. The personalization makes it as perfect as ever.

I’ve ordered several items from PM and all have met my expectations with the exception of this item. The hummingbird is the largest part of the chimes which are no longer than a 1/2 of a pencil and maybe as thick but doubtful. Not as I expected at all!!

Sent as a sympathy gift. Nice but smaller than expected, so would not order this item without seeing one in person.

Beautiful chime

While the windchimes are very beautiful, I would describe them as miniature, almost as if suited for a child's playhouse. I will have to order something else for my friend. Disappointed but my own fault for not paying more attention to the dimensions.

I have ordered many things from PM and have always been happy with the results. Because of the tiny size, these chimes look like they were purchased from a dollar store! I'm embarrassed to give them as gifts.Unfortunately,they are non-refundable due to the personalization. The other one I ordered is a decent size and will be fine. Avoid the hummingbird chimes!
