First,I have purchased several items from this company and have not been let down yet. This mug is perfect. It's exactly what I expected, good quality,personalization was spot on. Our daughter loves her mug. Her initial is on the other side of the mug but I can't get both images to upload.

I have yet to be disappointed by something I have ordered from personalization mall. I have ordered plaques, mugs, business card holders, photo collage blankets. All have been great quality.

My daughter wanted a mug with her brand on it, in pink of course! She’s loved it. I added a scripture. I took away 1 star because the pink is a little light to go with the white lettering.
