I called customer service, they couldn't have been nicer. It was s few days before Christmas. They shipped out a new one right away. I received it within two days.
The personalized shot glasses were a big hit. They came out great.

This product came exactly how described. A standard shot glass with whatever word you want etched on and an optional shamrock icon. Glad to have it in my collection. Full price is a bit pricy for what it is, wait for sale or reward points to add this to your collection.

The one I liked is really awesome. I had his name engraved for free! added a four leaf clover, because he likes James whisky. Absolutely loved the uniqueness of the gift.
