Lacks vibrancy and quality

I was excited to order 3 of these baskets for my grandchildren. The image on the website and in a mailer brochure I received depicts the natural basket with a rich color and the fabric vibrant. I ordered two different rainbow patterns. the fabric appear lacking in color vibrancy and the lettering is extremely faded, almost unreadable. The entire product appears lacking in quality. Sadly, this seems to be the trend in my recent orders. I used to love this company as my 'go-to' personalized products. I'm afraid I will be needing to seek alternate options.
