Holiday Moments Personalized Frosted Tree Lightable Ornament

I have ordered ornaments every year from here for over 10 years. These are by far my favorite!! I ordered 8 of them! Perfect gift.

I'm very happy with these special ornaments for my grandkids. I think they are plastic, but within 10 minutes my grandson dropped his on the floor and it shattered. It was just an accident, so I called and talked to a very helpful lady. I was delighted that they were able to access the original order so I didn't have to relocate and upload three photos. She gave me free shipping, a much appreciated break. I would recommend this ornament, but with a warning not to drop it.

I love this Christmas ornament! Last year it offered a decoration, add a name and the year and I ordered several as a gift! This year the ornament is offered with pictures you can select of family and friends that can be placed on the tree with the ornament lighting up after inserting a light from your
Christmas tree. The ornament is a nice size and even though information says it fragile I fine the feel is great, but I remember the warning and treat it gently.

I ordered 3 ornaments for my family and they are very cute and also delicate. One came damaged but they replaced it immediately. I received the replacement within 2 days. So much appreciate the timely response.

I’m a long standing customer. I order all my ornaments the 1st of November each year. Each of my grandchildren get two ornaments with pictures from something special during that year. This ornament is so special and the most beautiful you’ve done. Thank you.

While I did like the actual glass tree ornament, the three picture colors are VERY dull, much more so than the pictures that were uploaded or even how they looked in the preview before ordering. Unfortunately, the pictures are the point of the personalized ornament so the color quality mattered. Had the pictures kept the brighter colors, I would have given it 5 stars.

I’m disappointed in this ornament. It is larger than I expected but the photos are much smaller than I expected. It would have been better if there had been an option for just one Photo rather than three. I do like how each one was wrapped in its own box.
