I am extremely happy with my purchase of this bear. I bought it on a Sunday, and realized the next day, one of the letters was wrong. I called right away and even though your automated system said they could not change letters after purchase, you changed the one letter that was bad. This is for a new Great-Grandbaby, but I wish I could keep him. He's just so cute and cuddly. I would recommend your organization to anyone. I have purchased in the past, and now once again. Keep up the great work, and thank you for helping out with that "letter" that needed to be changed.

I looked on line to send a teddybear gram. Many choices and most were very expensive for just a small teddy bear. I found the Personalization Mall site and selected a cute teddy bear and was also able to personalize it, all for what I considered to be a really good price. It arrived right on my friends birthday as I requested. She loved the gift! In summary I'm very pleased with the service and product from this company. I plan to use them again when needed.
