I only gave this 4 stars instead of 5 because I ordered this for a gift and it arrived with incomplete and faded engraving. I called customer service and sent them a photograph to show them the problem. They immediately took care of it, and reordered a new one. The recipient received it 3 days later. The customer service was exceptional. I have ordered many items from Personalization Mall and this was the only time I have had a problem. I would definitely order again.
