Brisbane Collection Engraved Acacia Wood Serving Tray

This tray is much larger and heavier than I thought which means the gift will impress. The carving of my friends’ name is perfectly beautiful.

This is a solid, yet light weight tray. It is large and can be used as a coffee table tray or is beautiful to serve drinks on. It can also be a wall decoration. Whatever you use it for it will be lovely. Well made, stained nicely and the engraving was excellent. It was ordered, personalized, shipped and delivered within a week. Great quality and service.

I only gave this 4 stars instead of 5 because I ordered this for a gift and it arrived with incomplete and faded engraving. I called customer service and sent them a photograph to show them the problem. They immediately took care of it, and reordered a new one. The recipient received it 3 days later. The customer service was exceptional. I have ordered many items from Personalization Mall and this was the only time I have had a problem. I would definitely order again.
